In 1986 the Ohio Association of Meat Processors became very aware of the need to return to the industry that which may have been lost and, perhaps, never to be regained. It is important to educate our youth. The least expensive education is to profit from those who had a life time of meat industry experience … but passed away taking with them their knowledge. The Memorial Scholarship is in memory and honor of those Ohio Association of Meat Processors Members.
